“Pete and his crew remodeled three bathrooms and our laundry room this Spring. Gutting our master bathroom was a tough project, however the guys did excellent work by carefully removing old structures and by keeping the job site clean throughout the day. Before any construction began, we met with Pete at his office where the project was developed using computer graphics. Up next, we chose our counter tops, cabinet designs, sink fixtures for the new bathrooms, tile for new floors and a few odds and ends. Again, Pete was very helpful as we tackled this phase of the remodel. Regarding production costs, I was impressed by how Pete explained his expenses for the entire job prior to me signing a contract. And, there were no surprises on the final invoice. Our only concern that we would offer, is that some projects take longer to complete than originally estimated. Be prepared if this occurs. There is a considerable amount of planning in a project like ours and most likely yours. And surprises can happen on an occasion, in fact our shower floor was concrete and the team did not expect this, however they quickly developed a new course of action and successfully removed the old floor in a timely manner. In closing, we would absolutely hire Spokane Stone Creations for our next project which is to remodel our kitchen. And, my wife and I truly would recommend this company to folks planning on remodeling their bathrooms and kitchens in 2020. Best regards, Jeff”
