In fact, I ran a silk scarf across the floors throughout my house with not a single snag – and this was BEFORE staining and finishing. During the process, Chris was always looking for ways to better enhance the final product. When I was having difficulty deciding between two stains, Chris applied them in multiple rooms and encouraged me to view them at different times of the day. After taking the time to listen to my thoughts the next day, he suggested two coats of stain to obtain the depth I was looking for (something other contractors will not do). The end result was breathtakingly beautiful floors. Deanna, the project manager: Deanna demonstrated a deep, thorough understanding of the entire refinishing process as well as flooring and stain options. Deanna took well over an hour to not only patiently help this poor novice comprehend the hardwood flooring process but also to understand my household and what my needs and preferences were. Deanna was adept at managing the entire refinishing process, always friendly, while consistently following up and staying on top of the myriad of details.
