The Virginia Bath Company completed the renovation of our 1958 dormer bathroom and did an outstanding job! I wish I had known about Rich and his brother Mike when we renovated our other bathroom several years ago! I can say, without any reservations, you must hire them if you are considering bathroom renovation. Rich provided a fair and reasonable estimate compared to other contractors. He gave us a start and completion date, and he was able to complete our project in that timeframe because they do one project at a time. Rich is excellent at communicating, responding to emails very quickly. We always knew where we stood before and during the process. Rich connected us with reliable tile and fixture suppliers and was very helpful with guiding us through the selection process. His plumbing and electrical contractors did great work and were very efficient. Rich gave honest feedback on any of our questions. He is someone we could trust to give us the right advice. After the completion of each day’s work, Rich would review the work that had been done and what work would be done next. Rich and Mike cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Their attention to detail was incredible. They were able to easily switch our shower head to the opposite wall, so it was no longer on the slanted/dormer wall. They smoothed out areas of our plaster walls/ceiling until they were like new. They did amazing work laying out the tile with minimal and clean grout lines. They really provided their full attention to every detail. Our home is a generational family home. When our family and friends saw the transformation, it brought happy tears to their eyes! I had excellent results. The crawl space under my house was in very poor condition from previous work by another company. This was the first time I have had a repair man to give me before and after videos of the project. Mr. Yuille was very knowledgeable, professional and always very pleasant. He gave my son (Norris C. Wrenn, Jr. part owner) and me a step-by-step plan of what had to be done and how long it would take to complete the job. I have other major projects at my house that I am planning to hire this company to do. Mr. Yuille is my nephew, and he knows that I do not like sloppy work and that I am critical about how business is conducted as I have been in business as well. In fact, I ran a silk scarf across the floors throughout my house with not a single snag – and this was BEFORE staining and finishing. During the process, Chris was always looking for ways to better enhance the final product. When I was having difficulty deciding between two stains, Chris applied them in multiple rooms and encouraged me to view them at different times of the day. After taking the time to listen to my thoughts the next day, he suggested two coats of stain to obtain the depth I was looking for (something other contractors will not do). The end result was breathtakingly beautiful floors. Deanna, the project manager: Deanna demonstrated a deep, thorough understanding of the entire refinishing process as well as flooring and stain options. Deanna took well over an hour to not only patiently help this poor novice comprehend the hardwood flooring process but also to understand my household and what my needs and preferences were. My husband and I hired this company on the personal recommendation of a close friend and we were not disappointed! I was a little "iffy'" about some of the details and they were very patient with me and helpful with suggestions that would give me the "look" I was after. The demolition of the existing bath was accomplished in less than a day and with little to no mess to my home and the job was completed very quickly, as compared to what other contractors had estimated. I was probably one of their pickier customers and they were very good at making sure all of my concerns were addressed. We are very pleased with the results and love our new master bath!

Josiah and the gentlemen that work for him are a wonderful company to work with. I recently had my half bath and laundry room done by his company. They took everything out of the half bath, tiled, new moldings, and set a new toilet. They also did the tile floor in my laundry room and put crown molding in. Everything went smoothly and they were done almost 2 days early! The whole crew were friendly, respectful, and very, very talented. The molding work is so perfect and tight we really don't need to caulk. The tile work is perfect in every way. Straight and even. I wish I had hired him to do the full job! We already had the job in the works and ordered the cabinets. He was very understanding and happy to help us with just the tile. They did such a great job I now want to redo my upstairs bathroom that no one uses! The tile is stunning. I would definitely recommend VanFleet for any and all work on your home.

We hired Terry and his crew at Ozark after he drove out to meet us with a literal bus filled with product to choose from.
