“Ellis from Blandford & Co. helped us out when we needed some work done in our crawl space from the previous owner. It was a nasty job removing damaged insulation and rewiring of some electric lines which had become exposed. Ellis was on time, clean, professional, and incredibly well priced. He also explained everything he was doing to make sure we understood and had the opportunity to ask questions. We have not had a single issue since the repair and we feel safer because of his work. He even hung up a laundry line that had fallen for free! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Blandford & Co again for any home work I need done.”

Emily (Architect), Derek and TM (Contractors) were extremely professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy and committed to very high quality workmanship. Emily's designs are crisp and thoughtful and she works collaboratively, readily incorporating the home owner's ideas and input. Derek and TM executed emily's architectural drawings perfectly and worked precisely within budget. We're very pleased with the final product and would hire Rock Paper Hammer again without a moment's hesitation. “The work was a bathroom remodel which involved moving a wall, moing electricity, and moving plumbing. We also had a wall of custom cabinetry installed i. The bedroom. The time estimate given by the contractors was pretty accurate. We knew each week what to expect. The workers were all respectful and did good work. I would definitely hire this company again when I am ready to do more remodeling.”
