We have a turret in our house and I hadn't really formalized my concept for the stairs so I looked on line for ideas and sent a picture to Amanda [estimator], who in turn worked up a reasonable price with Jeff [boss] and after accepting their proposal, I was assigned a field rep [Brett] who was my go2 and then we began the process. What I really appreciated was the teams eagerness to help me achieve the vision - again, these stairs were very difficult to engineer and install but they were there with us every step of the way. They gave me lots of different options for the balusters and pickets, they were flexible with our schedule and forgiving when things didn't go as planned. The handrail installer was amazing too - he came in and worked his magic like nothing I'd ever seen before. In today's marketplace where customer service seems to be lagging and you are often treading water rather than swimming when building a house, Century Stairs gave me the life preserver I needed to get those stairs installed the way I wanted them. “Brandon and his team are about as good as it gets. Echoing the comments of others, you can count on Brandon to be incredibly communicative. I was joking with him that when I saw his number at 6:30PM the night before the job was to start, I was fairly worried that he was calling to push the start date. Nope. Just calling to let me know he would be on-time and that we were all set. With regard to the project, we asked Brandan and his team to install cast acrylic (Lucite) banisters together with newels and railing he thought most appropriate for our split-level entry. First of all, he picked the perfect items for the look we were seeking to create. Secondly, the entire team was kind, professional and worked diligently to finish the project on the same day as promised. Most notably, the quality of workmanship is absolutely outstanding. My sole regret is that I cannot find more contractors with the character and quality offered by Stairs by Rogers.”
