I hired Al and his team to install a mini-split system in my home. We have FHW and no ductwork, so, a mini-split worked best for us - Window AC units were becoming more annoying by the year. The sales person (Peter) arrived at our house on time and was great to work with - listened to our needs, shared options, explained tradeoffs and helped us pick the best configuration for us. He expedited installation to meet our schedules and the install team showed up on time and explained everything about the install process. Installation went as planned and we have been thrilled with the results. When a couple of issues related to installation popped up, Al had the team back within hours of our call to address the issues. I wouldn't hesitate to cal Al and the Fagundes team in the future. The biggest benefits in our mind of the system are 1) Quiet! Both inside and outside units are almost silent 1) comfort-incredibly even temperature control. 3) Humidity reduction is very effective 4) Did I mention how quiet this system is? The bottom line- MiniSplit systems aren't cheap, but they deliver on the promise, making it a good investment.

The installers were very good, they cleaned up after themselves.and explained how to operate the units.

We had A. Fagundes install a Navien heating and hot water system two years ago and could not have been more pleased with the installation and the professionalism his employees. This fall we had a system tune-up and again could not be more pleased with his work.

My husband and I moved into Lowell, MA from out of the area and purchased a home that we knew needed some work. Hiring a "professional" without any personal recommendations is a stressful task. At the minimum you hope the people are fair and know what they are actually doing. If I can be the personal recommendation for Al or any member of his team I would be more then happy to tell you what an amazing team he has. They are a hard working, polite and the top of their field. All their work is top notch. We liked the job they were doing and trusted Al and his team so much that we took recommendations from him for an electrician and a contractor.
