A&S UNLIMITED HEATING AND COOLING

If I could do 0 stars I would. Spent hours trying to get someone to come over. Thought my ac was fixed but after $200 it wasn’t. Ending up fixing it myself (23 year old female with no previous knowledge). Waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone.

A&S has been our heating and cooling maintenance company for over 25 years. Each spring and fall they check our air conditioner and/or furnace to make sure everything is running smoothly. They are reasonably priced, professional, competent and courteous. One year they did an excellent job of installing a complete air conditioning system in a house that we owned previously owned. I highly recommend them.

We felt so taken care of no matter what the problem was. A&S are our go to guys. We trust them and appreciate their expertise!

I, hired A&S to replace an older furnace with a high efficiency one. They came in and removed the old, cleaned up , and installed the new one (on blocks to keep the actual furnace above the concrete floor). They accomplished this in the dead of winter and minimized down time to just a couple hours. The job was timely and the jobsite was completely cleaned up afterwards. I am impressed with the team's professionalism and follow-up (I had a minor issue with the city, which A&S responded to). To top it off, I got a very competitive bid which didn't cut any corners. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs a complete, professional heating and/or cooling installation or repair.

We have used A & S for many years and have never had a visit from them for which we were not totally satisfied. Over the years we have had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater and have been more than happy with every aspect of the jobs. Further, we have an annual tune-up for our furnace and A/C and have always found the staff professional and pleasant to have in the house. We would recommend this company to anyone and have been pleased to send them to renew the A/C system in our daughter's house. You can use this company with complete confidence.

I have had two new furnaces and one new air conditioner installed by A & S Unlimited Heating and Cooling. They have provided regular cleaning and servicing of these items over the years along with service orders on my gas fireplace in one of my two condominiums. We first found this company over 10 years ago when we needed furnace repairs. We were so impressed with their wonderful service, we continue to be happy and loyal customers! We have used A&S Unlimited to replace a furnace, add air conditioning, replace a water heater, and our annual service contract. They are very professional, always call to update repairman's schedule, and will truly work with your own schedule. We highly recommend A&S Unlimited for all your heating and cooling needs!!!

I have used A&S Heating & Cooling since 2001. They have always done excellent work both in the installation and routine maintenance of my heating and cooling systems and in an emergency when my water heater split and leaked all over the condo. They are great communicators and I believe their prices to be fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired this company to install a new furnace and hot water heater in my home.. I was very impressed with how neat and quick the installation was.. The workers made sure that all the carpeting was covered before they walked in.. I have not one complaint with this company.. I ran into a small issue with my new furnace about a year and a half after my purchase.. I called there assistance line (at very late hours) and was assisted with in a few hours! I would highly recommend this company!
