Service Tech was well educated, and informative, but never returned to complete the service...would like to have him return and finish the inspection...Had a bad Fan Motor...

We are so happy with Big Sky Heating and AC. Adrian came out to give us a second opinion on our leaking furnace, and replacing our furnace and AC he came in under our other bid that only included replacing the furnace. He does all the work himself, which is what I think help keeps his costs down so he can pass the savings on to his customers. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us a timeline that he followed to the minute. We questioned him about going up a level on the AC, even if it meant going up in price, (because now days we all want the "biggest and best") because the AC he recommended was the mid range unit. He was honest and told us that with the size of our home we really didn't need to go up to a bigger unit, that the one he recommended would do the job perfectly, and we have had it on already and he is right, it works great, keeps the entire house cool. We would definitely recommend Adrian and Big Sky to anyone looking for a company that does what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it, as well as an honest company that doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.

Big Sky was very professional, prompt, and didn't try to oversell. They recommended a system that was appropriate for our home and budget and yet is more energy efficient than our last system. They are friendly, caring people and I loved doing business with them. They have my highest recommendation.

This is the second time we have used Big Sky. 1st time was when our furnace went out during the coldest part of winter. After having a bad experience with our home warranty company, we decided to call Big Sky. He had our furnace working that day!! He switched out our motherboard with a new and updated one. Price MUCH less then the home warranty company had quoted us because Adrian saw it just needed a repair NOT an entire heater replacement. Adrian informed us that when he fixed our furnace, he saw our water heater showed some signs of a potential problem. I'm glad he did! Just a few months later, the water heater got worse. We decided to call Big Sky again. He came out the same day looked at what would be needed and ordered everything for the install. On the day of install, he was FAST in getting the new water heater in. We will be using Big Sky in the future for our AC maintainance so we can avoid issues with that. After all, this is a 16 year old home we recently bought so it's about the time some issues will pop up.

I have hired Big Sky to do all of our inspections at Thomas Jefferson Charter School. They replace filters, inspect the AC/Heating Units, and let us know about up coming maintenance that needs to be done.

We had our furnace and AC replaced due to age and advantages of a new energy efficient unit. We are satisfied with the price, quality of work, and the timely service.

I recommend Big Sky for any HVAC job. Adrian came to my house to do service on my entire system. He explained in details what he found and how the furnace and AC works. very happy with the results.

As always Adrian is quick, fair and extremely professional. He recently replaced my old heat pump with real nice and efficient unit. He said he could fix the old one but as old as it is there is no way of knowing how long it would last. He gave us very reasonable estimate to replace next day and opted to go that route. I don't regret it a bit. Our heating immediately took a nose dive and staying down.

I have used Adrian's services for 11+ years. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. He gave me options for costs and discussed pro's and con's of the choices he proposed.

Adrian id very helpful and is always willing to answer questions. When I phone him he responds quickly often the same day. I have not had any problems with my new Furnace and Ac unit or any of the plumbing that was required to install a new natural gas line. All of the work was promptly done. I consider Adrian a friend as he has always been with out question honest in all his years of helping me.
