Dykstra Home Services replaced my air-conditioner and furnace and from start to finish it was done with total professionalism. Our sales person Rich gave me a clear explanation of why my air and furnace needed to be replaced and gave me product options to replace them with. The installers were professional, took out and disposed of the old air and furnace, installed the new air and furnace and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. The price given before the work began was the price invoiced to me after the work was completed. All done in a timely fashion. I would use Dykstra Home Services again.

Our air conditioning system went out in our home in the middle of summer and we had to scramble to look for a HVAC company to come out to replace our old unit. We had about 4 different companies come to our house to give us quotes for a new unit. We choose Dykstra because we felt like they gave us an honest assessment of what we actually needed. They didn't try to upsell us and we really appreciated that. Also, they are a local family business which has a good reputation and this made us feel comfortable with buying the air conditioning system from them. They were honest and professional and once we agreed to purchase they put us on their schedule for the installation. They were quick to get it installed which was awesome. Dykstra Home Services did an excellent job with my furnance. My old furnance was working fine, but I couldn't pass up the amazing deal this company gave me. The service tech guys were very professional. I can't wait for the spring when I upgrade my AC with this company. Thanks for the service, we are very happy with the new furnace. This company has worked with and for me for many years. They just installed a furnace, AC and humidifier. Their names are Bob and Tim (I think). It was in October that they installed the furnace and humidifier. Last April they did the AC.. They were not only professional, they were also down to earth guys which I joked and kidded with the whole time they were here. So very friendly, could take the kidding and wanted to finish the job they did last October so it was done properly. Can't say enough good things about them. Hope they come back if any more work is needed. Kudos to them and the HR person that hired them. Great, great company. On time and always reliable. Loved those guys.

My wife and I had DM Dykstra install a new Carrier High Efficiency Furnace and Air Conditioning system nearly 5 Years ago. They were not only very neat and professional, but the system the Comfort Specialist help us select more than addressed all of our concerns. In summary, we had a difficult time cooling the second floor (usually 8-10 degrees warmer in summer). After being educated on Variable Speed operating furnaces and two-stage air conditioners, we chose to go that route. The installers also popped in a couple dampers that allow me to control the air flow from the 1st to 2nd floor. We also learned about a great product called Aeroseal which allowed us to seal all the leaks in our duct system by injecting a sealant. Finally, we had DM Dykstra add another 12 inches or so of Owens Corning insulation in the attic as the last step. When all was said and done, it was like living in a new home. You couldn't even tell when the system was on and the temperature on the second floor was actually cooler than the first floor depending on the damper settings. Not too mention the best part, which was our utility bills dropped 40-50% from what they were averaging with the Builder's system (which was only 1.5 years old). Love it!
