We at Executive Air understand the importance of guest/tenant satisfaction during these peak season times. We have a Technician on call 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week. On the heating/cooling side of the property management business, we’ve got you covered. We have multiple “portable” A/C units that can cool up to 400-500 SF. If a repair cannot be made due to parts availability and/or the time of night, our Technician will provide as many units as needed to ensure your guests/tenants are comfortable until the repair can be made. Providing this service will help prevent the need to “comp” a guest and/or tenant a night or two. Executive Air, LLC is your source for prompt and courteous air conditioning and heating services. We offer maintenance, installation and repairs for all heating and cooling systems. Our goal is to address your needs in a cost effective and timely manner. We appreciate our customers and are confident in our ability to provide many years of quality service to each of them. We do not charge a “diagnostic fee” in addition to the service call fee to diagnose the problem.
