Very impressed with how responsive this team was. Tyler came out and gave us an honest opinion on our furnace issue. He was very personable and explained the furnace in terms we could understand. He gave us great options to solve the issue we were having and put our minds at ease.

We really love the customer service of Hill-Air. Installed & maintaining HVAC for years. Friendly & Wonderful people. One very cold day in late December 2016, we needed a new heat exchanger. The good people of Hill-Air brought several area heaters to heat our home while they serviced our furnace. May sound like no big deal but it was a weekend New Year’s Eve.

Hire Hill Heating & Air- this company is outstanding. Their level of customer service is above and beyond any other company out there. They installed a new furnace for us and the process was very smooth. Their technicians Chris and Chuck have been very helpful with furnace maintenance. Prices are more reasonable than other companies we checked with. They are fair, honest and very professional.

Just had our winter maintenance checkup. They're here twice a year to make sure things are still going as the should. Our HVAC system was installed by them when the house was built in 2006. We've used them exclusively for maintenance and to fix things as needed. The service people are great to work and very professional. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Tyler arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have oil furnaces and it's difficult to find techs who know how to work on them. He answered all of my questions and was neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for someone to service your HAVAC needs, do yourself a favor an reach out to Hill-Air. We have used Hill-Air for the last three years. They were just here to do our fall maintenance. Chris was our technician and as always, did a great job. Hill-Air is always on time and willing to answer or address any concerns you may have. Tyler arrived on time, within 24 hours of our call for help. Our AC had been failing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (overheating). Sadly, our aging AC unit needed to be replaced. Tyler setup an appt. and Roy was at our house the next day to go over our options. Roy was very thorough and listed to our requests. Our new unit will be installed within a few days. They also brought a portable AC unit for us to use during the wait so that we would be comfortable. Both Tyler and Ray were very personable and professional. Highly recommend Hill Air!
