McAfee Heating & Air Conditioning

I have spoken to Greg directly about the issues I've had with my system, and we are currently working on evaluating the problem. I will give an updated review in the next couple weeks.

When my AC failed this summer, McAfee Heating and Air sent their tech, Roe H., to my home. Roe was very professional and was able to restore cooling to the house in a short time. He saved money for me by making suggestions and offering repair options. I am well-satisfied with the service I received and I will use McAfee again.

I tried this company because they are available until 8 pm, I have continued to use them as they are the best I have found. The technicians are very respectful and knowledgeable. The salespeople are caring and professional. Their products have exceeded my expectations.

After an emergency call last winter, I purchased their gold package and have saved ever since. The amount I saved on that initial call saved me the amount I pay for my monthly fee. In addition I get two 'free' checkups each year - one on my heater and another on my air conditioner. When I had to get emergency help on my airconditioner last summer, I saved on other charges. The workers are always professional and helpful and I really appreciate the security I have when the weather is freezing or boiling. I know I can call and they will respond.
