From the first contact with David, the install team of Hunter, Alan, Oscar, Areon and Jonathan and the post install check up by Josh, everyone presented themselves in an exemplary manner. Had Josh Cover, come out to repair our A.C. Unit on July 23,2022. We were throughly pleased with the PROFESSIONAL service he rendered! He delivered us with WONDERFUL….CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon finishing his work, he was EFFICIENT in CLEANING UP, the area in which he worked!!! He DEFINITELY a puts you guys on the MAP, for anyone looking for future service!!!

I had Morrow Mechanical come out to service my a/c rather than go back to the company I bought it from almost 4 years ago. Why? Because that company had such high powered sales people who not only installed the a/c but found many other things wrong at my house from electrical to plumbing. I just wanted a review of my a/c; no more. I saw a special advertised by Morrow and called them. The installer was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Morrow Mechanical previously installed both our A/C systems (up and down) and we've had great follow up service from then too. The other morning when I saw one of the fancy thermostat screens was blank I called them right away. The window offered was noon to 2 and the tech actually arrived early. The screen couldn't be rebooted so he replaced it straight away free of charge - and the system was up and running again. A/C is vital Houston in August so we were very relieved and grateful. For timely, professional and reliable service I absolutely recommend Morrow Mechanical.

I have used Morrow Mechanical for many years. First used them to redesign plenum & ducting to balance HVAC system. Builder had done a less than desirable job. I then signed up for their preferred customer program which addresses preventive maintenance checks and makes you a priority in case of system failure. This form forces a you to enter a date and cost, but I have used Morrow continuously since 2007 and there has been many projects.

replaced my AC system several years ago, have used for seasonal check-ups and service since (about 7 years in total). All work has been very satisfactory.. In one case a capacitor failed late on a Friday afternoon; i called about 4:15pm and unit was back on line shortly after 6pm that same day! Personnel have been friendly and courteous on all occasions. I would recommend equivocally.

Morrow Mechanical has sold and installed a new air conditioner for our residence. They have also been our service provider. We have been very pleased with the service provider. The technicians have been polite and knowledgeable. They have completed what was needed. When we decided that we needed to purchase a new system they scheduled the installation and came at the designated time. We feel we can trust them to provide the any service needed. We have chosen to participate in their plan to check the unit twice each year. We do recommend them as a company we can rely on.
