Sorry for this long review, but I think it merits this type of response. I had Tyler out from NWA Duct Cleaning Inc. He was extremely professional from the beginning, and with most cases like this you worry about getting taken, money-wise, or that more work is "needed" than may be necessary, thus costing more. This was not the case. I called and asked to have ALL my register ducts cleaned just assuming in a 20 year old house it was needed. Tyler, first of all was very easy to work with and communicate to. What I was impressed with was that, not only did he show me that I didn't need everything I thought I did, but explained why as well. He provided quality photos of my ducts and said that each individual duct looked clean enough for a 20 year old, 5800 sq foot house, as well as no damage to duct itself. He told me my returns however did need cleaning which would be much easier quicker, cheaper job anyways. Great! Even Better! You could definitely see that my ducts were fine but returns were bad. So I took that as a sign of trust, that he didn't just go ahead and start cleaning ducts like I had asked which he could've easily done, but actually told me what I needed. He went to lengths to see what was necessary and what wasn't and will definitely refer them to anyone duct cleaning. And always use them if I need to. Thanks again Tyler!
