We had extremely high power bills, TPU didn't help our dilemma, just lots of strange reasons like, you haven't been in house long enough for us to average...what does that even mean? We called 3 HVAC companies, Pacific was the only one that didn't give false guarantees, took the time to educate us on how an air handler/heat pump works, easy financing and given 10 years to pay, payments are affordable. Installers were on time, thorough, clean. All were so professional and engaging. Thank you, our new system works beautifully and our power bill took a nose dive!!! We had the system installed at end of May, we've stilled had some cook weather, so heat was used as well as air conditioning!! The recent power bill has the heat/ac use on this cycle, like I said, 'took a nose dive!'. So happy and highly recommend this company.

We wanted to convert an ancient oil heating system over to natural gas. They helped us negotiate with the local utility to get a gas line to our house, select a new American Standard furnace, install gas lines for a gas range, select a new gas water heater and relocate it from the main floor to our cellar. They also cleanec our entire duct system, which probably had never been done ever. The cost for all of this was very reasonable and the customer service exceptinal.
