QUALITY AND INTEGRITY IS HARD TO FIND TODAY BUT NOT HERE! DAN AND HIS MEN INSTALLED MY 2 TON MINI SPLIT HEAT PUMP THAT NOW COOLS AND HEATS MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE FIRST CONTACT TO THE LAST. WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST WAS PACIFICS NO BALONEY APPROACH THAT IS DEDICATED TO JUST INSTALLING MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERS; (NOT DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING) THATS ALL THEY DO. PIPING AND ELECTRIC WERE STRAIGHT AND ATTARACTIVE. HE ANSWERED MY POST INSTALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS; NOT JUST HIT AND RUN. FROM HIS MINI SPLIT DEDICATED MERCEDES TRUCK THAT HE USED FOR THE INSTALL TO THE BRANDS DAIKIN AND TRANE MINI SPLITS THAT HE HANDLES; HE IS TOP OF THE LINE IN THIS MARKET. I DID MY HOMEWORK AND DAN PROVIDED THE COLLATERAL FROM HIS VOLUMINOUS PICTURE BOOK OF INSTALLS HE IS PROUD OF EACH JOB AND LOVES TO SHOW THEM! IN MY OPINION ,THEY ARE THE MINI SPLIT EXPERTS THAT IS OWNER OPERATED AND HANDS ON. IMPORTANT DECISION MAKER; HE IS AN EXPERT ON SERVICING THE BRANDS THAT HE INSTALLS AS WELL. I AM HAPPY TO GIVE THIS CO. A REFERRAL FOR PROUD INSTALLATION! LOVE THE UNIT BY THE WAY!

I had two units installed in 2009. One of them has been working perfectly, the second one had a bad start and then, two years ago, stopped cooling. It was repaired, but this year I had to call Pacific HVAC AC (Danny) again, twice. He was very easy to reach and responded very well to my request. The first time, back in May, he came on a Sunday because I was leaving next week! Now, he came with two workers and they spent 3.5 hours working on the unit and charged less that this amount of time and work would mean! The unit works now very well. I hope it will keep working next year too. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided.
