Panther Heating and Cooling

This is the best example of service....the way it ought to be. Hats off to Edgar and Enrique who installed my new Trane dual fuel heat pump today. Exactly on time and completed earlier than my expectation. Cleaning up every step of the way. Walking us through the new install and how to use the new thermostat. I don't think it gets any better than this. Great product and a great company. And I taught exemplary customer service for a living!!!

My AC went out called for after hour service was charged 149.00 to try and sell me a new unit did not attempt to repair mine I called the next day another company was fixed in five minutes

I spent over $8800.00 over the years with Panther heating and cooling as they installed my system and duct work. I've had a maintenance agreement with them for years taking out monthly cost. Recently my unit had issues & filled up with water (the main ductwork). When the man came out, the older gentleman said that I needed a cleaning system, it was completely clogged outside- the filter from years. He said the reason they probably didn't recommend it was because it was not easy to get to because of my fence, so no one ever looked at it. They installed this unit where it is... I've had this agreement for almost ten years now...He apologized and seemed very sincere, said he would actually speak with the owner. I spent $2200.00 or so on the duct work alone. over $6,000 for the hybrid system. I had a maintenance agreement so I could make sure my unit was in great working condition. They also installed duct work on an old gas line that was blowing into the wall for the past 2 years now, the entire reason I had the unit replaced was due to getting rid of the old gas line. I only knew this when remodeling the closet space and realized the duct work was attached to this old pipe. Blowing into a wall for years.... Panther assured me they would call me back to fix their mistake/ cap this off for me as the two techs that came out for the repair and cleaning didn't have what they needed to do this. Not one call back. Now, it has been weeks. I have left numerous calls to cancel my maintenance agreement as it is apparent they are not coming to fix the issue. No call back. I finally went onto the service line e-mail this weekend requesting they call me back. Nothing. I then called on Monday and the lady said the office manager was off. No call back today. I will end up having to pay a fee at my bank to have them stop the monthly draft. I cannot believe I was probably paying for this service for all these years for nothing. When they installed my duct work they completely left off a piece going into the living room vent. They fixed it. So I know mistakes happen and they fixed it so it was fine. Such a shame you trust a company like this and this is the way they do you.

On time; kind; professional; reviewed work to be done and time to complete; everything working well since their visit. Cost was comparable to others in our area.

Excellent work done on AC tune up. Did only what was needed but gave an overall diagnosis of the system. Courteous technician, on time service and excellent price.

replaced compressor on my A/C. Stayed within the quote and was up to date with iPad to order parts and checked out the warranty on the unit
