On January 1, our Water to Air HVAC broke. We live in an older home and we had been putting off any upgrade to our system. We contacted Pleasant Air and with much consideration and contemplation we decided to remove all the existing duct work to the house and replace the unit. This proved to be a huge project; much debris remained under our house from prior contractors from Hurricane Floyd and Fran; the Pleasant Air team worked well with my husband; top quality workmanship and teamwork from the sales rep, the owner, the David Crawford for the HVAC technical expertise to the laborers for removing and installing new duct work. Many thanks-this was a difficult project in frigid temps. The team worked diligently and tenaciously to get the job completed with consideration of our comfort. I would highly recommend this company.
