I submitted a request for a plumber through Houzz as well as browsed the "find a professional --> Plumbers" area. Shortly after submitting my request: ------- Hi, Recently, I had new counters installed as well as a backsplash in my kitchen. The sink was installed, but my basket drain is not installed correctly. Because the sink is a little deeper, I may need all the PVC replaced including the trap. I tried to buy a replacement connector, but it's leaking a bit. I'm not sure, but the best approach may be redoing the drain basket install and reworking some PVC. Is this something you would do? Do you have a ballpark price? I am looking to get this done ASAP. Let me know, thanks. Greg ------ I got a phone call from Steve. I reiterated the issue, he gave me a quote range and let me know he could have someone out the next day (today). I got a phone call 30 minutes before arrival and Mike and Scott showed up at just about 8am for the 8am-9am window I was given. By the way, can I just comment that I received a 1 hour arrival window? Almost every arrival window I have received has been 2-4hours. Mike and Scott introduced themselves, shook my hand, and got right to it. They lay out a drop cloth as not to get my floors dirty, brought in a bucket and tools, and started working. Turns out one of the pieces that was going to be used (my original piece) was cracked and they had to run out to the store. I don't fault them since I had said I had that piece and a new one I bought (which I had cut too short for what they needed). They came back shortly after and started again. The whole time, they answered my questions happily. Mike also commented that due to how things were setup and the depth of the new sink, he'd need to hang the trap a little lower than it was. He also let me know in a month, after things settled, I may need to tighten things a half turn. And when I asked about the plumbers' putty oozing out still (from a few days ago) he let me know it was normal and it would probably happen over the next week or so. He definitely put my mind at ease. The guys were done quickly and when Mike handed me the paperwork, it was at the low end of the estimate Steve had given me over the phone. From start to finish, it was completely obvious that they knew what they were doing. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided. Moreso, that they were able to squeeze me in so close to Thanksgiving really means a lot to me. Definitely a company I will use again, as well as refer to anyone needing plumbing services.

In August of this year, 2016, I needed to update a very old heating system and decided to switch from oil to gas. I was so relieved that I was referred to True Blue Plumbing to do this switch over as they made it painless! They took care of permits, coordinating inspections and rebates. While installing a new boiler and water heater they not only did a fabulous job, but were a pleasure to have working in my home. Professional, knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and very neat! You would never know an old boiler and oil tank were ever here. I highly recommend Steve Delaney and his team and have given their name to all family and friends who mention upcoming plumbing needs.

I hired Steven to convert the house from oil to gas and was so pleased. He was on time, professional, clean, and did a great job. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services done.

We hired True Blue back in May of 2016. We had four major projects done by them: Our water heater, furnace, air conditioning, and had them install a new generator. The water heater went out on me in the middle of the night and I called them the next day and he was very patient with me and explained everything that was happening and broke everything down so that I understood exactly what was happening. I compared companies and they had really fair prices for the work that was being done, and all of the projects were done in a very timely manner. We also needed an electrician and he recommended one for us. And between the two of them they got all the work we needed done. They are an amazing company. He comes back and makes sure that everything is running properly and doesn't just leave you high and dry. I would absolutely recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

We hired True Blue back in August of 2015. They got the job done, they had all the necessary tools right on hand. The problem was that the city messed up our sewer system in our neighborhood. The lines to each home was missing an essential cap, and the whole house got backed up downstairs. The entire house was a mess and they had the right type of snake on-hand to actually get out to the street and assess the problem. The technician kept telling the supervisor that something was wrong and the problem wasn't actually in the house-- the problem was below the street caused by the city, and they eventually collaborated with them and fixed the problem. It was perfect service and efficient service but there was also a lot of compassion for our situation as well. They are very good and I have recommended them to all of my friends and they have all come back to me and said that he's great! All said and done it was a great experience and I have no problem recommending them to anyone!

What a phenomenal company!! We had a serious leak on a Friday night. Within 15 minutes, the truck was in the driveway and problem solved. And we didn't get ripped off. As a homeowner, it's great to know you can have prompt, trustworthy, fairly priced, and courteous service when you need it. Highly recommend Steve and his team for any project, big or small.
