We had windows installed a few years back and now there is a leak with one of them. My husband emailed and they said they would send someone out. He came (my husband was at work) and was dismissive, didn’t get on a ladder to look at the top of the window, didn’t come inside to look at the window, just said it was the gutters. I asked how could that be as I clean them regularly. He continued to blame it on the gutters. I asked why the other windows under those same gutters are fine but he just dismissed it. He seemed to just want to get out of the rain, he didn’t get any closer then 5-6 ft of the window so he couldn’t have actually seen the problem. I can’t help but wonder if he would have handled it different with my husband there.

I had my front entry door replaced with Washington Energy Services two years ago. In March of 2021 we noticed that the door war warped so WES came out and had Cordel the maker of the door looked at it and it was determined that the door failed because it was installed incorrectly by WES. Since then, it has been a nightmare. First each was saying that it was the other’s fault. Then Cordel decided to just replace the door and have one of their installers do the work. Well, they did not know how to fix the inside trim, so they ordered filler parts and 8 weeks later WES came to install these parts along with the trim. They came and left but the craftsmanship was the worst that I have seen. They blamed this problem on Cordel because they made the parts. Long story short. It has now been 7 months and I still do not have the door done correctly. I guess I am again waiting on parts to be made again. Each time it is 6-8 weeks for production. I have had nobody take responsibility for this issue.

Submitted a negative review a few weeks back and was contacted by Craig Olsen of Washington Energy Services wanting to resolve my problems stemming from a heat pump ,I purchased in October of 2017.I contacted their service department and made an appointment to have an annual maintenance inspection done as they had promised to do.They set me up with a timely appointment,the tech showed up on time,explained what he was doing and gave me some maintenance tips I could do on my own. The heat pump seems to be working great,and I feel the company is concerned about the customer being satisfied with the product.

All of the workers were professional, clean, super friendly and loved their company. We were really happy with our service with Washington Energy!

Having had recent other work done, we learned that WA Energy installed windows (6) and sliders) were never properly flashed or caulked. Plus they are expensive. I recommend you stay away from this company.

WES installed a gas tankless hot water heater for us, converting from a 50 gallon electric tank unit. The salesman was no pressure and knowledgeable. The installers were prompt, courteous, and very skilled, going above and beyond in areas where I had questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier with the results. I used them a second time for a kitchen faucet install. Again they did a beautiful job, and also checked out a few other small plumbing issues during the same visit at no charge. I will definitely use them for upcoming projects. Trent

We had 2 old single pane wood windows left that had never been converted to vinyl. They had good quality windows so I got two double hung windows installed. The salesman was low key, and the install guys who came out were so respectful of the house, wearing little booties and making sure to vacuum afterwards. There was no mess. The windows look great and we don't have a draft in the TV room any more. Excellent work and nice guys. I had heard from my neighbor that they would be expensive, but they turned out to be the same price as other quotes I received. Well worth it. I would use them again for other projects.

Washington Energy Services has installed a gas fireplace and all new windows in my new-to-me 1941 house. Gutters are next, then garage and other exterior doors. Obviiusly, i like them and the eork thry do! They're a good sized family owned company with specialized, professional teams for each product line. Highly recommend!
