I was flooded on April 17th. First thought--"What do I do to fix all this??" I phoned you and the rest leaves me with a good memory. You sounded so compassionate--and came to me on April 21st. Then brought me tile and carpet samples from KB Floors--(Nice, nice people). I'm glad you knew them. You put me in touch with Lee, the plumber. I liked him. Then you did an outstanding job helping me choose paint colors, even painting poster board so I could visualize what it'd look like on the walls. I loved your idea about the rug in the den. I didn't have to go shopping for one. You made it so easy. I couldn't have managed these past five months without you. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your guidance.
