“You really have to see it to believe it. Boshaw Residential/Ron Boshaw just completed the construction of our new custom home. It just might be the most spectacular new home ever constructed. Not just my opinion, but that of our neighbors and passers by too. We interviewed other builders recommended by neighbors. Each of these other builders represented themselves as “custom” builders, yet they all had exceptions as to what they would and would not do. In fact, it was one of these supposed “custom” builders that actually recommended Ron, and described him as one of the few builders who would accommodate a truly custom home down to each and every detail. We have built new homes in the past, and no builder has ever been so accommodating, accessible, and as easy to work with. He truly listened to each and every request me made. His attention to detail and the quality of his work is unsurpassed. Don't be fooled by other builder's low quotes. We have learned many go over budget, by substantial amounts. Ron completed our home within our budget and on time. We now consider Ron as family. He is welcome to visit anytime. If/when we build another new home we will absolutely consider no one other than Ron Boshaw for the build.”

“My husband and I just finished building a custom house on Broad Creek. Our contractor was H2. This is the 3rd home I have build and the 6th home that I have purchased. I have never had such a wonderful experience. I found H2 organized, efficient, honest, and focused on customer satisfaction. This attitude is prevalent throughout the entire staff. My project manager Geoff did a wonderful job. I really appreciated his calm, collected approach to any problems that came up. Drama free is a good thing when you are building a home. H2 also provides the service of J.Banks an extremely talented design firm in HHI as a design consultant. This was a wonderful service. The experience and creativity of Sharon from J Banks helped us pull together the exact look we wanted. I would recommend H2 to anyone building a custom home.”

“I hired this company to enlarge/rebuild the deck on our villa in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. The owner did what he said he would do and finished on time (accommodating a rental guests check in date) for the quoted price. When, after completion, our homeowner association asked him to repaint the deck railing to conform to the rest of the development he took care of their requests. We are very pleased with our new deck.”

“Mike Thorpe, CGBS Residential, built our house to our satisfaction. Mike had two additional challenges confronting the project: he built a brand new house on an empty lot in the city's historical district which required numerous presentations before the historic board as well as numerous modifications to comply with their requests. Additionally Mike had to work with us from afar since we were 1200 miles from the project. Mike was calm and steady as he guided us through the process. He was able to alleviate any concerns we had.”
