“We ordered our custom shutters from Rockwood Shutters through Home Depot. They came out and did an initial measurement for a quote and then once we decided to pull the trigger they came back for a more precise measurement by the person who would be doing the installation. Measuring for plantation shutters isn't easy and they're not an inexpensive option so this was something we wanted to leave to the pros. They were great and I'd definitely recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and super friendly. Not only were they great with the install and product but they were just genuinely nice people which to me is very important when someone is in your home. Would definitely use them again.”

“Funny thing, I recently destroyed a very large window blind... I accidentally removed the support devices thinking they were unsightly... and voila... they completely fell down. LOL!! I called budget blinds of cypress because they are locally owned and operated, and spoke with Shana. She sent Zach Pruitt to my rescue and I want to personally review their services! EXCELLENT !! He was thorough and considerate of our situation and did his best to see if there was any hope to re-use our fallen blinds. Nope. So his technical, handy-man visit quickly became a sales opportunity. He expertly educated us on blind manufacturers, selected the best one for our huge window and assured us Budget Blinds of Cypress stands behind their work. We had a new blind ordered, built and installed within 10 days! Zach came back out to install and was even thoughtful to consistently removed his boots each time he came into our home. EXCELLENT. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Cypress for any window treatment you may be needing.”

“The Blind Lady with Shades completed two projects in my current residence, as well as providing estimates for two more. Charlene is very considerate of my budget and does not try to "bump" project costs. Her eye for color and detail along with awesome product knowledge speed projects along. The shutters are of excellent quality. Installation was quick and flawless. The hobbled shades were exquisite. In 1992, Charlene installed all window treatments (curtains and shades) in a new house. The work was excellent and completed promptly amid all the move-in confusion.”

“Linda was very helpful and went beyond what a customer would expect for assistance with blinds. She brought white curtains with small tension rods (did not mark my newly painted widow wood) to protect me my privacy until the blinds arrived. She was personable and caring. I really needed her reassurances with changes happening in my life. I appreciated her genuine help with all my needs. Gentleman who put up blinds took off shoes and adjusted each blind as I critiqued the placement. thank you”
