Invariably, in any project of this magnitude, unforeseen things come-up which require problem solving and resolution. In our case, there was a structural issue that had to be dealt with and resolved quickly. Lindsay was immediately on top of it, marshaling the team, including the architect and contractor, to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Now I have a kitchen I love. “Karen Hill changed the entire feel of our home, and allowed us to fully utilize our space. We began working with Karen in 2008 when we decided to put in a new kitchen, new flooring and carpeting throughout our home, as well as complete bathroom remodels, and fresh paint and moldings. She had us walk through alone and then jointly with her to review all the things we didn't love about the house or that needed updating. She gave us ideas on wall colors that would tie rooms together, new carpets/rugs, furniture. I never would have picked out what she did yet it perfectly fit with our style. Once I narrowed the possibilities, she provided me with all the data in a large folder that was arranged by room. Cheryl is not inexpensive, but I don't think we could have made our house into the home of our dreams without her. She is flexible on ways to make things more affordable and you can get reduced pricing at various furniture and other stores through her. Just be aware that she put in ~ 50 hrs to recommend the many improvements in our house to give you a sense of what the cost might be.”
