“After having seen several projects, residential and commercial, McLelland Architecture had completed, we decided to go with the expertise of Jon McLelland. What attracted me most were innovative ideas, an interest in sustainability and LEED, and the proven talent to combine older historical buildings with a touch of modern. We received expert drawings, as well as great recommendations for our residential kitchen remodel, a major undertaking in an older home that required the removal of load bearing walls and complete reconfiguration of the space. McLelland Architecture provided fantastic services, and we would hire them again in a heart beat - highly recommended!”

“AIP Construction is true to their name! They can help make Anything Possible! I moved into the area and was in need of a home. I searched for a home on the market that I thought would be right for me. I couldn't find a home that fit my wants and needs that I absolutely loved or thought was worth the price. After meeting with Jonathan and Teressa, I knew I was on the right track. They encouraged me to make a list of must haves and wants and then prioritize the list. I did that and gave it to them. We looked at plans. Although I had bought several pre-existing homes, I had never built. I was having a hard time visualizing what the home would look like from drawing to reality. They were very patient through the process of designing, building and finishing my home. It is a custom built, beautiful home that I want to keep forever! Everyone who walks into my home is blown away at how amazing it is from layout, finishes, color scheme and lighting. I got more than I was expecting and am forever grateful. John is professional, responsive and has a great eye for the beauty and functionality of a completed project. He has been at our side throughout the entire process giving us overall guidance both by making recommendations and just listening. John is experienced, knowledgable, able to "tweak" to keep within budget and has been timely in getting back with us. He is extremely easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. “The Precision Homecrafters design and construction team met with us to completely demolish, design and re-build our master bathroom suite and closet. The work was extensive and also included knocking out a brick wall and adding windows. There is extensive tile and woodwork done, all of which I would say is very high quality. Although this project was quite expensive for a bathroom remodel, we are very pleased with the results and very happy with the Precision team. I would highly recommend Precision for your next project.”
