    “Francois is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, straight forward, and professional. He does exactly what he says he's going to do. He is aware of every detail of the project. Before we engaged him, couldn't get a contractor to call us back or give us a quote. Within 2 weeks of engaging Francois, we received 3 quotes from reputable contractors. During a project, the contractor discovered wood rot which expanded the project. We weren't home but Francois was immediately on top of it. We received detailed photos and a price quote and time frame that same afternoon. I trust his judgement and I always feel like he's keep my budget, style, and time front and center.”

    “Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

    “Escala Construction has completed several projects for us over the past few years, including carpentry, roofing, plastering and painting. Work has been of the highest quality (and as a retired architect, I can be very particular about work done on my home), and the crews have been prompt, courteous and neat. For one project, they restored historic woodwork on our home's exterior, taking great care to match the period detailing exactly, and at another time, after we suffered roof damage from a severe storm, they were here right away and had the roof weathertight the next day. Older homes like ours always need work on one thing or another, and we will continue to rely on Escala Construction.”

    “We have worked with Carl Solander on several projects (large and small) on our 3 family in Brooklyn, NY. He helped us with a full basement reno, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor deck work. We were extremely impressed with his comprehensive knowledge of materials. His designs are modern and beautiful and a pleasure to live in. And lastly, he is awesome to work with- great listener, great work ethic. We have recommended him to several friends who have all been very happy.     “Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”
