“Kristen and her workers Leo and Marvin are excellent to work with. Her subs are also extremely good, especially her tile people as they are true craftsman. We researched and interviewed several contractors before selecting Jill of All Trades. The great thing about Kristen is she loves her job and wants to make sure you are totally satisfied, and with me that is no small task. She is anal and OCD and more picky than you will likely be assuring you will wind up with a deliverable that you will be happy with. What impressed me the most was her willingness to collaborate on some tough decisions and being open to suggestions. Some of her prices may seem a tad higher than her competition, but that is because she goes above and beyond to make sure she delivers top quality. She does not nickel and dime you and actually did far more than she should have in some areas to make sure we would be satisfied with everything. We total gut and remodel of kitchen, and 2 a 1/2 bathrooms as well as stair railing and painting. At least 2/3 of our home was renovated and you could not ask for a better finished product without paying a high end custom home builder to build things to your exact specifications. I have no regrets about using her and will use her for future projects and recommend you look no further and call her for your project!”

“Raymac Remodeling brought me in as the designer for this job which consisted of renovating two bathrooms for their client. The project included reconfiguring a jack & jill bath into a single bath with more space added to a walk-in closet and updating the other bath with new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinetry. Throughout the project the homeowner's home was treated with respect and the work areas were kept clean. Protecting the other areas of the house from dust and dirt were also taken into consideration. Raymac's work ethic and attention to detail definitely sets them apart from their competitors. The clients were extremely pleased because the project was completed on time and within budget. As a designer they were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering a renovation project for their home.”

“I hired Homeworks for a recent project and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. They delivered on everything I wanted, and for the few times I didn't know exactly where I wanted to go, the team was helpful in providing suggestions and sharing past experience to assist in guiding me there. “My wife and I purchased a lot of land back in 2018 and we spend over a year looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder we have gone through 3 builders before signing with UpperTown Homes. Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. Thank you UpperTown Homes! Our project was on .87 acre of land, 5000 sq ft under roof, 3500 sq ft of heated space, 1 1/2 stories.”

“I can't speak highly enough about the job Pemberley Properties did through out the construction of our home. My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”
