They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.”

Well, Kennon Rymer owner of Infinity Construction DID what they said could not be done. We added approximately 1500 Sq. Ft. to our home. Infinity Construction did a remodel for us in 2014, and we were just as happy then as we are now. Look nowhere else for a reliable contractor. Every inspection was passed the first time. Your suggestions, not only in the beginning of the estimation process but throughout the whole project length (start to finish), Is what we needed to make our home more functional and user friendly. Being able to communicate as needed and weekly updates regarding schedules, and previous scope of work helped us in our life since we had to live in the home while under construction. Speaking about that, the zip walls were very helpful in controlling the dust from our living areas. Finishing up the project on time and under budget sure made life better for us. “We hired Shayne and his crew to update our country kitchen. The old golden oak cabinets were removed and replaced with a light-bright open concept kitchen that included additional storage. He did an awesome job delivering a beautiful room in a short period of time.”

“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”

“We spent 2 years planning to build a new home. Steve and crew were patient and very helpful during the process. When construction began until we moved in, L&M always tried their best to make the building experience perfect and pleasurable. Were they always perfect? No, but the difference was L&M would try to make it right if something wasn't the way we wanted. I wanted to give them 5 stars but that grade is for an absolutely perfect performance.
