    “As a custom home builder I can truly appreciate the mind for building design Daniel Hruby has and detail he puts into the plans. We’ve worked with him on several projects. One recent project had many challenges as It involved placing a real DC 3 airplane wing in the custom home! I was on the phone and FaceTiming Dan regularly during the process. Dan made up numerous 3d models to help us and the engineers conceal all the structural steel. Dan also provided the clients full 3d models of the build, down to the detail of how the seasonal sun will show through the windows at different times through out the day. Putting on the VR goggles and being able to virtually walk through the entire project prior to it being built, really helped us as a builder visualize what the end product was intended to look like. The clients thought it was really cool as well!”

    “I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction.     “Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

    “I strongly recommend Jeanne Liem. My company worked with her on designing and building-out residential projects. Jeanne has a terrific aesthetic and is really hard working. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. From beginning until the end, she has been very professional, responsive, proactive, and being able to come up with multiple solutions to simple and complex problems we encountered during construction. Their design elements are so elegant and well matched with our concept that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Also, they did all those within the budget requirements. They were flexible in all the areas we worked. She made everything so easy and smooth. I do not even want to imagine what would happen if we have taken another route instead of working with her.”

    “Seth Larson was amazing to work with!!!! Seth is very talented and very professional. We briefly described to Seth what we were looking for as far as the master bathroom and master bedroom. Seth came back with a design that was beyond our dreams. He gave me the perfect closet, bedroom and my absolutely favorite of them all....my master bathroom. He gave me the spa-like master bathroom that I absolutely love! Even after a year and a half of being in our newly remodeled home, I still can't believe that this "spa" is my very own bathroom!!! Thank you, Seth!”

The previous contractor I worked with was result-oriented and highly skilled and now with Eco Home Builders, I feel like I have been blessed for a second time. I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals.     “We are working on our third project with John. The first was a roof deck over a new accessory room which integrates so seamlessly with the rest of the house that it looks like it was part of the original house. The second was a gorgeous standalone building in the backyard which is a combination cottage, outside potting shed and chicken coop, all under one roof and designed to optimize the use of our natural breeze. Now he's working on an internal remodel that will include a new kitchen and convert an outdoor patio into an atrium with a loft. We can't praise John enough. His designs are innovative and reflect our tastes. And he's a joy to work with.”
