He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. They understand having contractors and subs in your house is very invasive. They do all they can to clean up and finish the job on time. Very nice company!”

    “We chose SDay Remodeling for a primary bathroom/closet, secondary bathroom, and laundry room remodel. Scooter was easy to work with through all phases of the project. He was easy to contact and was very responsive. We appreciated that he promptly posted agreed upon changes and payments to his online invoice statements. Scooter and his team understood our vision, especially our request to create an area in the laundry room to accommodate our cats. He used the same professionals for each of our three projects, ensuring consistency in the quality of the work done. The guys who worked on our remodel were professional and personable. Scooter was personally involved in all aspects of of the project, stopping by at least once a day to check on progress, give updates and ensure that his team had everything they needed to do their job.     “I had Lance come and install a very nice Pella storm door. He was very professional, kind, and considerate. He made the door fit perfectly!!!! I would highly recommend him for this or other jobs you may have. Also, he has done painting, and has repaired cabinet doors for us. I had no problem recommending him to friends in our neighborhood where he has done work for them recently. They called and thanked me soo much for recommending him.”

    “Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”
