“We hired TXR to build our home on empty land that we had purchased. TXR came out to the building site several times to survey it and look at it to get ideas on how to situate the home. Their architect listened to what we wanted in the house and he drew up plans that were perfect the first time. The architect drew the plans specifically to fit on the piece of property to maximize every view of the lake and made sure every room had a lake view. TXR then oversaw the building of the house, doing many things themselves and subcontracting for electricity, plumbing, cement etc. They met with us often and kept us up to date on everything going on. They provide receipts of every bid and money spent so you always know where the money is going. Everyone at TXR is easy to work with and they work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of. We would build with them again without hesitation.”

“Exact Dimensions was such a tremendous help for us to visualize our home before construction. Because of the unique 3D home plan, we were able to see all the dimensions and angles of the home inside and out, and walk through each room and hallway and see what our home would look and feel like. This was extremely helpful as we were able to catch issues and things we didn't like and make changes before construction ever started. We would never have been able to do that with just plans on paper. In the end, having the 3D home plan will have saved us time, money and headaches. “Aarow Building is the best contractor I've ever used. They are doing a remodel of two bathrooms, replacing back stairs with an upstairs half bath, remodeling and combining two bedrooms into a one-room master suite that includes a walk-in closet, remodeling and combining a kitchen, dining room and living room into a great room area, replacing the front door, adding a mantel and installing a "garage-door-opener-driven" dumbwaiter. The crew all work directly for Aarow and most of them are college-educated. They are flexible and professional and they have been especially sensitive to the needs of my elderly mother who has dementia. They treat her with respect and took great pains to make her bathroom more accessible. Jake Bruton, Aarow's owner (who succeeded his father after 30 years in the business) comes every morning and we go over what got done the day before and consult about what will happen that day. He has a great attitude and we truly make decisions together. He meets me at stores when I am struggling with choices. Jake has guided the entire project, from design to completion (which happens next week). He has an art degree, which gives him a more nuanced understanding of design. Jake takes pride in the quality of the work and has redone many small things just to make sure we're completely satisfied (releveled a sink and tp holder, switched out a vanity, moved outlets, switched out a mirror, etc.). My only small complaint is that the project has taken longer than projected and is ending a bit close to Christmas. It's not all their fault because of unanticipated termite damage and mold. In the middle of the project, Jake had to terminate someone who was chronically late and I supported him in that, even though we lost some time. He is currently making an all-out push to make up lost time and get done, even pulling in his father to help. I would highly recommend this contractor. The overall experience has been very positive.”

“We hired Allison Technical Contact Service in 2007 to tear down a house an built a new one. The house that Allison Technical Contract Service built for us is differently the best construction house house that we have ever built. The quality if work was excellent. and Bruce is great to work with. We have continued to use Allison Tech for other project that we a have done and just recently we had a lighting strike to the same house. I called Bruce the evening of the strike and he was there next morning to help access the damage, you really cannot ask for more then that. I would highly recommend them for a small or a large project. They have done and excellent job for us for over 10 years.”
