“We hired 38 Construction for a partial master bathroom remodel - to convert our tub and shower stall into a walk-in shower. From the initial interaction until the day our shower was completed, the experience was top notch. I've never had a project go so smoothly, to the point it was kinda fun. Adam was friendly, courteous and polite; he listened, advised and responded at every step of the process, even when we put him on the spot to validate our design ideas. He was also very flexible - we made 2 design changes before work started and a few very minor ones during the project, and he graciously handled each one like the pro he is. I especially appreciated his efforts to help us with finding the right accessories as well as figuring out how to blend the wall tile with the wall. His crew was a husband/wife team who were amazing - the quality was beyond what we were expecting. They were also polite and very conscientious, going out of their way to be as minimally disruptive as possible, protecting all work areas and doing their best to minimize mess, cleaning up every evening, etc. On their last day, they did a totally thorough cleaning - thank you, because I hate mess and that was biggest stressor for me personally! Anyway, every "glitch" we experienced (because there's no such thing as a project without some) was managed with professionalism - Adam took care of it all. Because we were able to see the results of each day's work, glitches like needing more tile that took 4 days to arrive or running out of grout wasn't such a big deal. Needless to say, we now have the shower that we (ok, *I*) dreamed of having and I get a satisfying thrill every time I use it. I am so glad we hired 38 Construction - we would recommend Adam without any reservations and will certainly hire him again for our next project (which I've been told is not soon, oh well).
