“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“Develeko renovated my house top to bottom. We opened up the walls did 4 full gut bathrooms all the closets and a full kitchen and quartz Reno. We changed all the hardwood doors and trim. We built wall units and changed our outdated stairs to new glass railings. We also Updated all the electrical plugs and light fixtures. Their change order system is so transparent and upfront. There no change orders on their end. We wanted some extra things done while they were working. They gave us a quote upfront and moved forward. What was shown to us in the beginning of the project is what we paid not a dollar more. Although they said it would take us about 3-4months. They did it in just a little under 60 days. Unbelievable service. They are now renovating my sister’s house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work done fast.”

“I consulted Paul Denys about a bathroom renovation project and he provided good advice, a number of options and a general cost estimate. He was knowledgeable and his approach was conversational and low-key. Subsequently, Paul and his apprentice redid a ceiling at my home. Their work was excellent, with a new ceiling and moulding that is harmonious with the rest of the house. The decision relating to the moulding was collaborative. The cost and time to do the work were within the estimated range and I am very satisfied with the result.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Tonya and her amazing team on a project we headed up at the local Ronald McDonald House. To say that we were more than impressed with their professionalism was an understatement. Their team worked closely with us and helped us create the vision we had for the room renovation and the end result was simply magical for any family that now gets to stay in the room. We cannot thank them enough for their quality of work but more importantly their wonderful hearts and dedication to the job at hand. “In August 2014, we purchased a 38 year old condominium in Ottawa. We recognized the condominium would have to be completely renovated, in order that it met our needs, prior to us actually moving into it. HOME Inc. was one of three companies that we approached regarding our renovations. We chose HOME Inc. due to apparent expertise, estimates and services offered. We are very pleased that we did so. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely designed for us and we had significant input into the design and choice of the fixtures, cabinets and tiling, etc. In some cases, we gave general requirements and left the final choice up HOME Inc. For example, the first time that we actually saw the hardwood flooring was during its actual installation. In all cases, we were pleased with the choices made for us. Our renovations were not really smooth and there were numerous times when we had to act on situations that arose. However, since we lived over a four hour drive from Ottawa, it was reassuring for us to be dealing with an organization in which we had complete trust. Based upon our experience, we would recommend HOME Inc. If we were doing it all over again, we would consider nobody else. We highly recommend HOME Inc. Our experience can be discussed, in complete confidence, with any individual(s) considering HOME Inc. for renovations. Contact information can be supplied by HOME Inc. upon request. Dora and Wayne”
