    “Shannon performed all architectural design and drawings for our new home. She provided great advice and gave us lots of ideas. Her suggestions were all very useful and we loved the fact that they were very practical but did not compensate on the design in anyway. We (the client) changed our minds on quite a few things over the months of the drawings and Shannon was very patient and met all of our needs. Shannon also provided us with a 3D model which was extremely helpful to see what each room would look like as well as the elevations on the exterior. In summary, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and so easy to work with. We are very pleased with our new home and so grateful to have Shannon's expertise.”

    “We had LUX Homes build our dream home. The entire process from start to finish was simple to follow. We loved how easy it was to follow our builds budget and process through their online management portal. The Preliminary Building Agreement we went through helped us realize our perfect home within our budget. If you are looking for a builder who is honest, straight forward, has great instincts and judgment, terrific relationships with top subcontractors and trades, incredible design skills, excellent organizational and communication skills and is a pleasure to work with then you will want to meet with Brad and his team.”

    “To me a good contractor is judged on these categories, communication, Quoting process, Reliability and Skill. Communication - The communication was always within same day and for much of the time within 4 hours of me asking a question. This level of communication was before the quote, during the quote and after the deposit was paid. He promised to start the first day of work on a Tuesday but weather caused a delay at another job site and he called me the day before to let me know. It was nice to be informed instead of wondering why a contractor never showed up. I was away for a few days, he sent texts and he took pictures to keep me up to date on the progress. Quote process - During the quoting process he made it a point to look take into account all the things that could go wrong due to the condition of the structure underneath since it was hidden until demolition occurred. Thankfully the structure underneath was fine and the price and time he took to complete was exactly as quoted. Reliability - He said he would start work on a certain day and be finished within a week of starting. He started 1 day late but called me the day before to inform me he couldn't make it the next day. Other than that minor change he came as promised, demolished everything and rebuilt everything. As promised, on time and on budget. Skill - Everything looks and feels very solid. Visually it looks great.”

    “We hired Brad for two projects: a free-standing 2.5 bay garage and to finish our basement of approximately 800 square feet. The garage was built strong and sturdy, and matched the style of the home as requested. We especially like the small dormer built in the front. It gave the garage a little character, and matched the home across the driveway. I appreciate the loft space above the garage doors: perfect for storing patio furniture and the second sets of tires for the cars. No more scraping for us! The finished basement added a ton of living space to our home. Brad's recommendation of a drop panel ceiling was a good one. It's very convenient to have access to the plumbing and wiring above the panels. Plus, they look great! Our guests love the cozy little bedroom in the basement. I love my theatre space, with lots of room for a widescreen TV and sound surround speakers. Between the big windows and quality of finish of the work, this doesn't feel like a basement anymore. Thanks Brad!”

    “Matt is AWESOME to work with! He drew up our floor plan from scratch with great expertise and insight. He listened to all our many ideas and managed to incorporate ALL of them into our house! He was very professional, personable and easy to deal with! We are so happy with the efficiency and final outcome of our plans! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend working with Matt to anyone who is considering building a house~you won't be disappointed!”

    “We had a wonderful experience working with Meghan and Kellen to remodel three rooms in our home, which focused on two complete bathroom renovations. Meghan came up with designs that we loved and then worked with us to get the right products to execute each design. She was very organized and punctual, despite her busy family schedule, and was endlessly patient with our questions and changes. Kellen's carpentry work was also excellent. I would highly recommend Juxta for anyone looking to renovate or build.”
