“I've worked as a sub-contractor for Jacobs Construction so I've seen the behind the scenes operations that go on that a homeowner usually doesn't see. I can tell you that Jacobs Construction is ran by honest people looking to do the very best they can and to do it right. I've been hired to help with site planning and building layouts and it is very important to Jacobs that they are building homes within setbacks and they do not try to cut corners. If there's issues they take action to correct it, even when its not convenient. Where I've seen a lot of contractors wing it when it comes to home placement, site grading, and other early stages of the construction project, Jacobs takes this phase of the process very seriously.
