This is not an easy position to fill and he did an excellent job. We formed a good relationship and for more than a decade Will has done design and CAD drafting work for my company. I have found him to have superior design skills, takes direction very well, completes his work on time and has respect for budget constraints. Most recently we have been working together on the shop drawings for all of the interiors of an apartment in Manhattan, NY. This has been a difficult and demanding project and as usual Will has performed very well. More over, I have found him to have an exemplary work ethic and solid character. We have worked together many times on an hourly basis and I always felt that his compensation was fair, justified and reasonable.”

“Handled the home with the upmost professionalism. Communication was excellent. We had to remove all our floors, and subfloor to the ground. Installation of moisture barrier, new floors, dry wall, and more minor fixes. Would 10/10 recommend! Crew was professional as well. We had to be off sight the entire time and felt safe leaving our home in his hands.”

“We began working with Chris at All in One almost 2 years ago. His estimate was competitive and we were able to visit one of his current projects at the time, and were pleased with what we seen. Chris worked with us through every step of the process. We ultimately did a complete remodel of our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The scope of our project included complete kitchen and bath remodels. New beams, custom fireplace and entertainment center in the living room, as well as new flooring, paint, lighting, baseboards and interior doors throughout. Chris was his crew did an exceptional job. The job only ran about 1 week over the projected completion date, which considering that work began and ended during the height of Covid, we definitely could not complain about that. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the final product. Almost 1 year after completion, we have only had one very minor issue. It was a design issue with one of our tub enclosures which had nothing to go with the workmanship. Chris has returned twice offering options to remedy the problem. I would hire this company again if we ever decided to do another remodel and would recommend them without hesitation! After all was said and done, I consider Chris my friend, not just our contractor.”

“Gerry designed our home in 2007/08. We added onto the kitchen in 2011 and added bedrooms in 2012 and Gerry did both of these as well. Originally we did not realize we would need the added space so it was our choice to start small. Our home is on beautiful family property and Gerry's designs and construction guidelines always respected the surroundings of our home which is very important to us. He has also helped us tremendously with contractor negotiations and making sure the integrity of our home was not compromised. “Greg was recommended to us by 4 or 5 people. Best decision we've made so far is hiring him as our contractor. Here's why: 1. He's a builder's builder: Very talented and creative, has a lot of excellent ideas. He's not your standard contractor that just "reads the plans" - he's met multiple times with our architect to go over the details and to offer some really great suggestions. Very impressed with the level of collaboration! 2. He's very conscious of your budget: I've had a lot of ideas for the house. Like most people, we have a budget for this build. Greg has kept me in line whenever I come up with another of my "brilliant" (as in, costly) ideas. What I truly appreciate is that each and every time, he's offered some really great alternative so that I get the look I was going for without breaking the bank. 3. He does quality work: I've seen homes he's completed and they're fantastic. 4. He's a good guy: Even his subcontractors rave about him. We stop by the lot on a regular basis to take pictures of the progress. Most of the time, the subcontractors are there working. Without fail, when we talk to them we hear about how nice a guy Greg is and how much they like working for him. Might be a big part of why his homes turn out so well. Happy employees do great work. 5. He's easy to get in touch with and is very responsive. Not the kind of contractor that disappears on you! Highly, highly recommend.”
