“Terry Elston is a very talented and creative homebuilder. We were quite impressed with his work in other homes that we saw during our decision-making process. His preferred style matched our vision for our home. In the final analysis, however, what drove our selection of Terry is his character and integrity. We (he) built our home while we were living in a distant city so trust was a huge factor in making this a successful project. We depended on Terry for many decisions and choices and were never disappointed. As with any home, there have been the inevitable minor problems and Terry has followed though with solutions. We could not ask for any more than that. I would use Terry Elston's team again were I to build another home in this area.”

“Our house was built with the owner of Creed Contracting LLC working as our contractor. Justin Penn helped our dream home become a reality. He was very informative on the process of things and he didn't mind the millions of questions/calls/texts that came from us along during the build. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field, and if he doesn't know much on a subject, he will do the research to make sure what you're needing/asking about is the right thing for you and your home. I can not recommend him enough. Very professional and you don't feel like just some customer. Should we ever have need for an add on or renovation, we wouldn't hesitate to give him a call!”

“Suzy did such a wonderful job deciphering me and my husbands notes and sketches, incorporating our crazy ideas and turning everything in to a set of plans for our builder. She showed us our house using 3D and it was like literally walking in our home. We were so nervous and excited about the whole process and Suzy really took the time and was patient with us. I would highly recommend this talented young lady.”

“We have hired Steve Simon Construction, Inc for 2 major remodeling projects. They are professional in their approach, they are knowledgeable and experienced in the building business. Their craftsman are the best in the business. Brad was our project manager on both projects. He was responsive to all of our questions and requests and a joy to work with. Steve and Clay were also apart of our projects and we always felt like we had the whole team working together for us. Both of our finished projects were of the highest quality and completed in a timely fashion. I would hire Steve Simon Construction, Inc. again for a remodel project or new construction. They are the best!”
