Advanced A/V Service

On October 31, James from AVHD replaced our Sony 65” TV with another 65” TV. During the installation, he made repairs to an electrical short cut made by the company that originally installed our surround sound system. He used Kevin, from PTA Electrical Services, to assist in these repairs. Service performed by these companies was outstanding. James and Kevin were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and performed their work in a relatively short time. Definitely five star companies that I highly recommend.

Bought a new TV and when I installed it the picture just didn't seem like the quality it had in the store. I called James and he came out and just listened to what I was trying to accomplish. I had others out before James but I felt not one of them listened to me. All they wanted to do was sell me a way more expensive system. James came out and listened to my ideas and what I wanted. In no time at all I had a super clean crisp tv picture. But what amazed me was what he did with the audio WOW!!! It is so amazing to me what he was able to do with most of my existing equipment. I had no idea of the sounds and picture quality I had been missing. James is a true professional that listens and makes a simple system look and sound great without all the pressure of a salesperson. James did a fantastic job with the Audio Visual. He was VERY well priced and saved me thousands (literally). He was very professional and recommended the best equipment and completed the work in a timely fashion and even accommodated my schedule. He was punctual and even followed up a few times to make sure everything was in order and running as it should be. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend him.
