Awesome service and super nice folks. Knowledgable and professional. Arrived at date and time when they committed to originally. We will definately be using them for further projects. I would highly recommed them for you audio or video installs or needs. They installed outside speakers for the pool area.

Remodeld our home theatre and decided to upgrade the equipment as well. Called Audio Crafters to explain to them what I was looking to do and got some good advice from them on how to enhance the equipment I already had and what equipment I could or should add to make my theatre complete. They came in installed the system and gave instructions on how to utilize it. We also purchased a remote that is upgradeable. Great job and very informative! We love our new theatre, thanks Audio Crafters!

These guys are the best! They come in knock out the work and when they are done you'd never know they were there. Lou is awesome as a point on contact. He gets back to you right away and was always easy to speak with. He made it super easy to decide on the right products to go with and was spot on with helping me upgrade to the better components. My home theater is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for audio / visual work. Super stars all the way!!!

I bought an old home that had completely been redone with double insulation in the walls. I wanted to have 7 televisions installed and not see any of the cable boxes underneath of them. This meant that Lou and his team had to design a way to make minimal cuts in the ceiling and walls and feed the wires through the double insulation in each room! The job was perfect and did not even know that they had been in my home!!! I have been here for 2 1/2 years and everything works fantastically. The boxes are all hidden in closets and I receive many compliments about our televisions and sound system which Lou and his team installed! This is an EXCELLENT company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I let Lou know where I wanted the speakers; one was required to be above an HVAC vent and another above an open door way - a big ask. Lou came up with a plan and I watched him and his team go to work, checking and double-checking measurements, carefully mounting my speakers and systematically running the cables down to the basement through a brush plate at the front of the room, along and up into the required locations. When Lou and his team left my speakers were on the wall exactly where I wanted them. They cleaned up after themselves. The speaker cables were neatly secured in the basement away from power cables. You can't ask for more than that. I will be using Audio Crafters for my next project!

I hired audio crafters to hang several tvs, install cable and electric for a total of 9 tvs, and hook- up our stereo equipment and hang speakers in 4 different locations. We used some of our equipment and they provided some as well. Our new home is over 100 years old and it wasn't an easy job for them. They completed it with a smile on their faces and did a great job!! I would highly recommend them!!

This company, consisting of the most competent men I know, not only installed my television on the wall and located the electronics in a nearby closet but also instructed me, quite patiently, in the use of the equipment. In addition, the men were always available, via telephone, email, text message or in person, to give any help I ever needed. I do not know where one gets this kind of service anywhere for anything these days. I must add that everything done was both neat and clean; I am a pretty fussy person!
