Mark Kess took our money and disappeared without doing our project. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We prepaid him for AV equipment (which we have NOT received) and have been unable to get in touch with him.

I hired this company to do my whole home audio video system. They are very knowledgable and at first they appeared very determined and committed to the project. As time progressed they became less and less reliable. They constantly would schedule a time when they wanted to come finish the project and they would not show up. There was always one excuse after the other. After multiple attempts to have them come and finish the project, they never came by and finished the project. I had to find another company to finish their work. It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, but there behavior was very unprofessional and I would not use them again or recommend them for your AV project.

Wow! These guys really know their stuff! The custom installation of all the wires and components was clean and perfect! My wife was very happy, and that's saying a lot! Mark really was a pleasure to work with and he really has excellent programming knowledge! Everything works seamlessly! I highly recommend this company! A++

Fixed what time warner could figure out. It turn out it was a very simple fix and the friendly crew spotted it right and made suggestions for my next project.

We at Banister Homes have been working with Mark for at least 6 years now and find him to be very reliable and knowledgeable. It is helpful to have an audio video team that knows about all of the state of the art technologies, but will not over sell to the customer. They also know about all of the apps that are out there and how to put those to work for the customer. Love working with this company!
