They have done everything right, and I am a very picky audiophile. The products are great, and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I can't say enough good about Duane at Automated Lifestyles! He is the best!

Franco runs a great operation. I've been dealing with them over the past 10-12 years from them outfitting my Office building to my home theater and all the other TV's around the house. No matter how inept I can be with electronics they always took the time to walk me through it over the phone or sent somebody out if needed. I've recommended them to many of my fiends who all had great experiences as well. Grant and all the other techs are always professional , courteous and most important, PATIENT, with my technology challenges, and that's saying a lot!! Whenever I need things updated Franco is my first call.

Sonos was installed in our home, TU was mounted on wall, SUS player purchased and wireless system was installed. Automated Lifestyles staff did an excellent job. When I had a slight problem later on, they promptly came back and fixed it. They were fun to work with, respectful, competent, and true professionals.

I found Automated Lifestyles by accident when visiting in the area. I stopped in to visit with them with no intention of working with them because we where from out of town. We live in Amana Iowa. After visiting with them and telling them of my poor experience working with other home theater company's. They seemed to be very sincere about what they do. Before left we set up a time for them to come to our place and provide a proposal for a new home theater system. We decided to go with them and ordered. Through the whole process they where very professional, explained things well, and told me some things I did not need to spend my money on and suggested other things that would be a good choice. They did the installation for the system. The guy's where very professional at our house also. Since then I have recommended a client of mine who is probably the most picky person I know to use them. They also went with them and where very satisfied with the ease of the job. I have recently recommended them to another client of mine in the area. Automated Lifestyles provided equipment and installation of my home theater system. This included TV and audio at three locations. Their professional staff helped me select the best options for my house and I couldn't be happier. The installation crew continued to provide invaluable support by asking questions and ensuring the installation met my expectations. On several occasions, Automated Lifestyles asked questions which I didn't have answers for and really hadn't thought of yet. They were able to provide the pros and cons of different options which helped me to get exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone!

When building our new home Automate Lifestyles gave us great advice and did excellent work. The best thing is the follow through in the next year after the inital install. They handled every problem in a timely fashion.

I had Automated Lifestyles do whole house audio and home theater setup in my newly constructed home. I first got a demo of the home theater in their showroom and was very impressed by it. They were very knowledgeable which helped me make the best decision with regards to equipment and even the color of the paint around the projection screen. Mr. Duane Handelman, Automated Lifestyles, designed and implemented a three zone audio system when we remodeled our walk-out basement in the mid 1990's. He also provided an excellent recommendation for a needed skilled cabinet maker. He was running a different business at the time, but continued to provide recommendations for system upgrades after the original installation. The sound system provided fantastic quality, and could upgraded as new technology in hardware became available. Since that time, Automated Lifestyles and Duane have continued to service our audio and video needs. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Automated Lifestyles on two different projects. Each of our projects was fairly elaborate, involving multiple rooms including both straight audio listening areas, and dedicated home theatre applications. The team at Automated Lifestyles has given us service on a level far better than experienced elsewhere, DESPITE being several states away from their home base. They have consistently been able to provide timely, convenient, and personalized service to a degree I would not have believed possible. They know how to design a system that brings the most "bang for the buck" result. Never were we encouraged to spend more than what we needed to fill our particular objectives. Always, planning for our future needs and upcoming technology changes are factored in. Our designer was extremely accessible during the project and also afterwards, which is what really matters. All of their employees (we have met four) have been enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and respectful to our people and property, completely trustworthy. Often it is said of a premium service that you get what you pay for. With Automated Lifestyles, we have learned that you get MORE than you paid for.
