Automated Technology Systems

Automated Technology Systems help bring our newly renovated 1957 Colonial home to the leading edge of residential automation. Basically I was limited to my own imagination regarding the level of sophistication.

Kevin, had two distinct tasks. 1) rewire/recalibrate the security system previously installed that was not text or email messaging its operation. 2) Determine why the system's interface with recently installed fiber optic in house service was creating problems to the land line that broadcast a security breach. He resolved both professionally and with dispatch and, reasonably charged for the patch to item 2

Kevin at Automated Technology Systems was fantastic to work with, and I'm enjoying a home automation system that exceeds my expectations. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered suggestions and solutions that I did not know were possible, and custom-designed a system that is easily one of the most enjoyable parts of our new home. Kevin has been my only AV guy since moving to the Upstate!! He works magic!! Very up to date on the technology available and knows how to set it up and set it up right!!

Kevin came in and gave an estimate for the entire house sound system and theater surround sound for the "Man Cave." We agreed on the amount and a schedule was set. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the system. I recommend ATS 100%.

I highly recommend Automated Technology Systems for an array of jobs. They most recently installed a specialty lighting system, and my family loves having the lighting options. I especially love having a remote control for my bedroom light that I can adjust right from my bed. In addition to installing the lighting, they recommended and installed a new energy-efficient thermostat system (NEST) which has cut down on my electric bill and allows me to control the thermostat from a smart device when I am away from home. They also made my house what I call "Fort Knox" as they installed break sensors and contacts on every door and window, plus a panic alarm and siren. Additionally, I receive notifications on my phone when my children leave and return home, and that gives me great peace of mind! We feel more safe in our home than ever. ATS is quick to respond to any concerns, worked with me on my budget, and is very knowledgeable in a variety of fields. They make me feel like a valued customer, and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.
