AVAI Home Technology is now Epic AV Automation

Worked with AVAI on a whole house program for our 2nd home in Austin, TX. Stephen Molitor @ AVAI was great to work with, handling everything from up-front design, system scope and install coordination with our interior designer...all for a client living 1,500 miles away. Our project included a fully integrated Savant controller, with lighting control, distributed audio/visual, door locks and security alarm. AVAI took care of all design & installation, handling everything locally for us while maintaining constant communication. Stephen was always available to discuss the project and managed a tight project schedule with excellent results. We have a few follow-up projects that we are working with AVAI on and they will continue to be our go-to source for all of our home technology needs.

AVAI's team is professional, personable, and prompt. They worked diligently to make sure that all of our home systems are installed, connected, and operating according to our specific requests. They took time to teach us how everything worked, showed us how to make minor changes and made sure we had the educational tools needed to ensure we would be satisfied with our equipment. If we have had any questions, no matter how small, they always take time to explain and come out to our home if needed. We highly recommend using them!

I have worked with AVAI Home Technology on many different occasions in my client's homes. I manage estates for high net worth clients in Austin, Texas and the AVAI team plays a very important role in several of the homes that I manage. They are extremely professional and very knowledgable of all things AV in the home. I have seen them take a mangled AV closet with years and years worth of wiring piled on top of old wiring, piled on top of more old wiring and turn it into an amazing rack room in the house where all the AV equipment is organized on racks, labeled, all wires bundled and neatly organized and all systems functioning properly and dependably. My client's would accept nothing less. These guys are the real deal. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a fantastic team to design home technology systems from the ground up or go in and upgrade an older system with the latest technology. They are extremely professional and discreet, which is another requirement for my clients. If something does go wrong, their response time is almost immediate, as they can start to troubleshoot things remotely. Five stars!!!

Stephen Molitor and his wonderful team installed an upgraded Lutron HomeWorks QS Lighting Control system for us in our home after the old processor crashed and wasn't recoverable. They had to rebuild our entire system's program again, install new equipment and update most of our switches and many outlets. They were always on time, very professional and super friendly. Their prices were reasonable, billing was simple and clear. Even their accounting staff was wonderful. I would recommend them again without hesitation. Every person connected to our project was the best of the best. My husband is a retired home builder and shopping center developer and I'm a retired interior designer, we are very selective in our choices because of our knowledge of the field. Avai was a great choice for us.
