Boca Tech and Automation

Larry Goetz in the last week-Edit I have been working with Boca Theater for about 5 years. Building out my system theater room and equipment rack. Upgrading as I went and constantly striving for two objectives a phenomenal Theater Room and an amazing listening experience for music. It has been quite a journey! Jeff Galea and David Vranicar are two of the most knowledgeable people you can ever meet in this field. I have had Theaters starting in 1986 when I started with b&w 801 speakers, and Nakamichi equipment, and Phillips Laser Disc player through a front draw Mitsubishi TV. Today with their help I have achieved my objective. The right equipment, the correct amount of power, a beautiful install. They are honest and their staff is very proficient as well. I give Boca Theater the highest rating! 5 stars and that doesn't begin to tell the story.

We recently enlisted Boca Theater and Automation to update our home theater. From the design process through the installation, we were impressed with the level of care that BTA demonstrated and we will definitely use them for future home audio and video needs.

I recently worked with Boca Theater and Automation to integrate whole home audio. Their team proved to be consummate professionals throughout the entire process from design to installation. I am very pleased with the results and will certainly be employing them for future renovations and upgrades.

After interviewing several home technology specialists, we gave Boca Theater a shot. We really couldn't be happier with our decision. They were courteous, creative, and followed through from planning to installation and follow-up. Everyone we've interacted with has been knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer our questions. We'll continue to use BTA for our home and we always recommend them to our friends.

I have a movie theater in my house and the remote stopped working. I called AMX and they referred me to Boca Theater. I told the man that answered that my remote was not working and he told me that they don't make them anymore and that another remote would do the job. He never came to my house, this was on the phone. I agreed an sent him $1800 for the remote and a month later they sent an installer to my house. He was here all day and never got it programmed. A week later, he came back...still not programmed. I received a call from the store and i was informed that i needed all new equipment because nothing was compatible. (BTW..i don't). etc...etc... So at this point i called for more estimates to compare from other companies now that i won't have the AMX system. Boca Theater will NOT return my money...it was their mistake that they sold me a remote that will not work and they don't know how to program and NOW...they do not return calls! There are many other reputable dealers out there...my advise...DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They're not the only game in town.
