Bravas designed and installed the home automation system for our new custom home. Our system includes indoor & outdoor lighting, multiple televisions, speakers throughout, Lutron shades, and a security system. It was a complex project that Bravas made look quite simple. Our team of experts which included a wonderful sales person, an expert project manager and multiple installers were incredibly helpful throughout the project. They were always willing to answer questions and explain pros/cons when we were unsure to go (or not go) with a given option. Due to the team's vast experience, we were often able to confidently rely on their opinions when working through the design. Bravas installed high quality products that can easily be controlled from an iPhone or wall-mounted control centers. The simplicity, convenience and security of controlling lights (whether you're home or away) can't be overstated. Having automated shades on our west-facing wall of windows not only reduces a daily hassle of raising and lowering, but also helps us control energy bills. The entertainment and security systems are top notch, too. All of that said, high-end components can be purchased many places and there are multiple subs that can do integration. However, the most important criteria of home integration is not the components you select, but instead the team you work with to design, manage and install the system. We had multiple subcontractors working on our home from demolition day to move-in day. Bravas was as professional and dependable as any that contributed to our project. Bravas exceeded our high expectations.
