This place is a joke of a business. Really slow response time and really bad work morale as a whole. Honestly a waste of a year of my time!

I hired Casaplex in the summer of 2015 to handle all of my audio/visual and lighting needs during a top to bottom renovation of my townhouse in the Washington, DC area. This was an extensive project that Casaplex handled in a completely professional manner with excellent results. Casaplex worked seamlessly with my designer and general contractor and was very easy to deal with. The Casaplex team returned on numerous occasions to ensure that everything was working properly and the entire team is very customer-oriented. I highly recommend Casaplex to anyone looking for a first class results!

Casaplex provided excellent advice and support as we explored, purchased and installed a whole house sound system and smart tv. Casaplex designed an audiovisual system that met our needs perfectly. The staff were very patient in answering our numerous questions. We know it is difficult to design such a system in the midst of rapidly evolving technology. That said, Chris Kane and Casaplex designed a system, which is expandable and yet meets our current needs. It was helpful for us to see the Kensington Maryland office, listen to various systems, and formulate questions. Everyone was most helpful in choosing components that best fit our needs and prepared us for installation. We also conferred with another provider during the design process and even though their labor charge was a bit less, we preferred to work with the Casaplex crew. It was a good decision. Casaplex was immediately available as we got to know our new system and needed some guidance on a couple of occasions.. We give Casaplex our highest recommendation!

The various home security options were quite confusing to us. I received much solicited, and unsolicited, advice regarding my needs. The service that I initially purchased from my cable provider was useless. It continually sent false alarms and the sensor contacts literally fell off the doors. Customer service was a nightmare. We spent hours on the phone attempting or remedy the problems. After speaking with several companies (some proposing to send a box in the mail for self-installation) and others recommending duplicative protective devices, I met with the personnel at Casaplex. Chris Kane arrived at my home and thoughtfully recommended products and services after a discussion regarding my concerns. Thus far the system has worked perfectly and the team was very willing to "tweak" camera angles to maximize coverage. They worked around my schedule and arrived on time on each occasion that they needed to be on-site. I feel a great deal safer knowing that they are overseeing my security. I also appreciate having someone to call to problem solve for me when there is an issue.

Chris is the best liaison for a business that I have ever worked with. He is responsive to calls and emails and quickly so. He is also very knowledgeable about the products that Casaplex sells to solve the home entertainment or other issue you have. I wish every business I worked with had a Chris Kane.

Chris Kane and his crew at Casaplex are the best! While undergoing a stressful renovation, we decided to wire the whole house for sound including our front and back porches and bathrooms. This also included a new Blu-ray player, a Sonos system and new TV sets for the living room and bedroom. Chris could not have been more patient with our lack of technology knowledge, our unconventional desires or our frequent repeat questions. He really knows his stuff and was very professional and good-natured. He designed the perfect system for us that fit into our limited budget but also met our long list of wants. The installation team was equally professional. After living with the system for a few months, Chris followed up with us to make sure it was working the way we wanted and took immediate action for some tweaking we needed but didn’t have the time to follow up on. I have and would recommend that everyone wire every room in their house and when you do, only use Casaplex.
