While the name is new, everything else remains unchanged: the same ownership, the same dedicated team, and the same commitment to performance, reliability, and exceptional service that have defined us since the 1990s. Today, CAV Integrated Home offers comprehensive end-to-end design, installation, and ongoing support for integrated home technology, encompassing whole-home audio and video, lighting and shading systems, home theaters, home automation, networking, and technology design for both new builds and renovations. Custom AV installed complex home audio/video/digital systems in my house two stages adapting older technology that was previously present and seamlessly incorporating new technology. I work from home and must have simultaneous access to several programs that include medical imaging, so I need internet speed and reliability. The local cable provider was unable to solve issues with both until Custom worked directly with them. This was beyond excellent customer service! The knowledgeable system designer listened to my needs (including ease of use) and budget and thoughtfully researched each component. The technicians always arrived on time, did their work and patiently answered all my questions. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Custom Audio Video designed and installed the lighting and sound systems for our home ten years ago and has provided excellent service and advice ever since. They are extremely professional and go the extra step to be sure that we know how to most effectively utilize all the features of the system. I built my home in 2002 and hired Custom Audio Video to handle the design and installation for all the electronics and entertainment in our home. They did an excellent job and went beyond my expectations. In the last few years I have had them review and upgrade our system with latest technology. They have provided us with a flexible and reliable system. I continue to use them for service calls and maintenance. They are reliable, dependable and their work is fairly priced. Sandy Benson is the owner and is very customer service oriented. Also, she and her Company give back to the community by hosting charitable events at the Company office location. Consequently, I can highly recommend Custom Audio Video as they are professional, knowledgeable and provide high quality work.

They have not only performed the highest quality work but they have been the most knowledgeable and professional company with which to work. They listen carefully and they care. They get the work done on or under budget, on time and with no damage to the home. The result is excellent work done by people who become your friends. You go back repeatedly for more projects because they not only do great work but they make the process fun.
