I have hired Chris and his company, Creatav, on numerous basement finish jobs that I have been the General Contractor for. He has been able to offer and supply superior customer service to all of my customers. Chris knows technology and construction. He does all the wiring and trim for my customers low volt needs whether it is just a Coax cable, tv, Ethernet ports or a whole surround sound and media system. He makes sure that the customer's needs and wishes are met from the time he meets them to the time we complete the job. I am sure we haven't even tapped the surface for what Creatav is capable of yet! He really stays on top of his field and I consider him and expert at what he does. Chris from CREATAV has done a couple of installations for me; a full home theater package and a soundbar/subwoofer combination. He knows his stuff and his prices are good. I couldn't be happier with the results. When something went wrong with one of the pieces of hardware, he went above and beyond to get it fixed. HIghly recommended.

Chris consulted us very competent with our new set up. He helped us to find the right solution between keeping existing equipment and add some new equipment. All in all he reduced our complexity of using 5 remotes down to one system. He installed the Crestron systems on all our audio hardware, then installed the app on our I-phones and I-pad and customized it to our needs. He also installed the new equipment very timely and did a great installation service, He is one if the view guys who leaves the place very tidy and not messy as so many others!
