Crisp Audio and Video, and Richie in particular, are absolutely fantastic! Very professional, on time, and he gets the job done, no matter how difficult the installation. We wanted to install our tv over our (entirely brick) fireplace, with wiring that ran underneath the house with very limited/tight crawl space. Richie got it done despite the numerous challenges we ran into. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a job well done, on time, and very reasonably priced for the quality you get!

Richy came highly recommended via a Los Angeles list serve I trust (myfavoritethings) I ended up spending about $20K with him to rewire my house for Cat 6 internet and also set up my house AV. Of all the various people I met with, he seems the most honest and knowledgeable. He met with me and on contractor a few times and spent over a week installing things in my remodeled house. He was patient and responsive and that's not to say that there were things I wasn't concerned with, but when I wasn't sure or was unhappy with how things were going or information I would find out (lets face it AV is a big murky expensive area with a wide, wide berth of costs some outfits charge by the hour, some folks charge but the task) Richy tried to ally my concerns and respond accordingly. For me the most important thing was to feel that I could trust the person and have them be a long term provider for me as this is a relationship I expect to have over the next 15-20 years. I recommended Richy to my best friend who is a very busy surgeon and he took care of her right away. She was beyond happy with Richy's service and work compared to her last AV person. I've never had an AV person before and I am persnickety so for Richy to be able to handle all my questions, texts and concerns, I would say was an achievement in itself. Richy has come back a few times to help us with the system he created. I highly advise everyone to make sure they like their AV person bec if anything goes work, this is the person you will be calling upon.

Richy came out to give me an estimate on installing a ~50 inch tv into a brick mantle over my fireplace. He and his co-worker provided a quick and very reasonable quote, and after approval, did an expert installation. I was very happy with how clean it turned out. He pre-wired for several inputs and ran the cabling just the way I wanted it. Highly recommended!
