Crown Audio Video Inc.

I reached out to crown after being less than impressed with other companies I researched or talked to about my home audio/video needs. Crown guys were prompt in response time and seemed to appreciate what I was looking for versus trying to sell me something I didn't want. We went thru a view different iterations of proposals before we finally had something equipment wise that would make most sense for my needs. The crown guys were overall pleasant to deal with. Only recommendation for others is to know how Crown charges for Labor. Their labor charge "start when the techs start loading up the vans. " So if you are in an outer suburb, watch out or negotiate. Additionally, they "do not charge in time increments of 15 minutes; only in hour-long segments". I did not know this until after the install was complete, perhaps my fault for not specifically asking when i generally asked about how Labor charged. Just something to keep in mind as their proposal only really specifies that Labor will be billed based on actual hours.

I had Crown do a couple of small projects at my home. They did a TV hang in one room and added a subwoofer to a setup in another room. They took their time and did a beautiful job. There were no wires to be seen, and they wrapped up without leaving so much as a spec of dust. They were polite and courteous. I strongly recommend these guys!

I used Crown to design and install my home theater system. Ben was my sales engineer and he was extremely courteous and thorough. He answered any and all questions in a timely fashion. The entire install team was phenomenal. Every one was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend using Crown, they will be my go to guys for all future AV needs.

So glad that we chose Crown Audio Video to install our sound system throughout our house! Inside and out by the pool. The install was swift and precise. Top of the line equipment with all the bells and whistles. Sound is great! It was also comforting to know that if we have any issues that we will get a call back right away. I am not a techy person in the least but CAV made sure that we knew how to use our systems. I highly recommend Crown Audio Video for any type of video equipment installation. So refreshing to have such a professional team as part of our remodel.
